Hi guys,

I tried this time to use a bit less distortion in my improvisation ....

Any comments are greatly appreciated.

Cheers

Nice atmosphere Roger! smile.gif. I think you're tone is a bit to bright for my taste. And since it's a ballad and slow track you should apply alot more legato instead of picking all the notes smile.gif

First thing that I always notice when you play is the way you hold your guitar. You let it slip down. I think it's better to have the guitar a bit more strait up, because that way it's more like playing standing. Im not sure whether it's wrong... it's just a side note tongue.gif

Phrasing is ok, prety cool and jazzy atmosphere going on wink.gif

Nice take, Roger! I liked your rhythmical approach and your note choice. I get the feeling that you´re not very relaxed while playing. Your vibrato is too agitated, try to make a slower and bigger motion. Also, your bends are not always in tune. Your sound could be a bit fuller, deeper. Now it is a bit too thin, in my opinion.
Overall, I got a good impression. I see some progress. smile.gif

Well I liked it mate, its great to see players putting it on the line with clean tones and not hiding behind gain all the time, maybe a slight overdrive would have given a bit more body and projection but I still liked it overall, very engaging.
