I like http://a.bestmetronome.com/ because it has all those handy shortcuts to quickly enter any speed. And it has a pleasant sound. Not like many others out there where you immediately close the page because the click sound sounds worse than 80's midi music
 Granted, the Google one is also quite accessible. Once in a while http://bestdrumtrainer.com/tt/ comes in handy as well to test your overall timing stability. @Cael: I agree that having a more customizable metronome would be a good thing. That's one thing I'm really missing in my own practice as well. Thinking about it now, I'm inclined to write one

Well I'm gonna plug my favorite most customizable polyrhythmic/visual/3d metronome... BounceMetronome. Pretty cheap too. http://bouncemetronome.com/

Great discovery, will be recommending this to students for sure. I've used the app 'Tempo' for years as its clean uncluttered design is user friendly and has lots of customisation plus a 'setlist' feature that allows you to setup evolving metronome settings without the need to keep manually changing, i've found this great for 'time feel' practice as you can set it to start muting clicks or changing divisions and time signatures.
