there are some messups first take I just wanted to see how the video would turn out if I taped myself on a digital camera... I think the quality is atleast half way decent? Crit if you like?

I ened some work on phrasing, I think he sould do another phrasing video but a lot more indepth..

Speaking as a person trying new attempt at recording. I liked it.
There were some runs in there that I would like to learn at some point. I am just starting to work on speed.

Just a little suggestion to your Thumb - you keep too far away from your fingers - it should be placed vertically somewhere around 2nd finger of your left hand. It will make huge difference in control over fast runs.

Pavel, I didn't really understand what you mean by that. I keep to far away... from what please try and make that statement a little more clear Im not really understanding it..

I think he means that your thumb on the back of the neck wasn't lining up with your fingers on the fretboard. Your thumb wasnt supporting you fingers giving you less control. Typically you should aim to have your thumb in line with your second finger.

Your thumb should be in-line with fretting fingers to have more control!
