Its an odd fingering it seems, try index finger on the low E pinky on the A and middle or ring finger on the B mute the D.

Or this.
Index finger for low E,pinky for A and middle finger for G string. Pinky'd probably mute D string. Bit stretchy,try it. -------------------- Youtube

Or use whichever finger frets the Eb to mute the D string.
