Free Month...where? Options

Hi all i'm matteo i'v received an email from gmc with a free month but when i have decide to reg i'v payed (not for free) i'v try to contact GMC but at this question i have received the username and the pass

i'v write another e-mail but i'v not receided answer from gmc now if someone of the staff read this can contact me for explain me why?
