Hey guys and girls.....

how many mods just clicked this immediately?

something cool happened to me that I wanted to share.
A few days back I won myself a guitar. It by no means
is an outstanding one but it is unique. I was at a local
Newbury Comics for a grand opening and a radio DJ
Mistress Carrie pulled my name out of her hat. I now own
a Girls Gone Wild guitar made by Schecter. I couldn't find
much about it online though.....

anybody ever see one of these?

I haven't heard anything about that guitar. But if it's a Schecter, you won't be disappointed

Did they just give it to you without any information? If so, have you found out anything about it? Pickups, tremolo, bodywood and so on?

I always think of you as German when I see your name, then I thought "wow, they do stuff in Germany as dopey as we do here". Then I see it is just the name, then I forget, and think you are Deutsch the next time I see your name.

I will end the confusion. no. Muris usually helps me out at times like this, but he is not on line at the moment.

when I see the tag "Girls Gone Wild" three letters always immediately flash in my mind, STD. So it has little personal appeal.

Nice, that's a very cool Custom Finished Schecter Tempest..
I think it's called Schecter Custom, but other than the finish I believe it's the samme as a Schecter Tempest

Congrats on the guitar Henry... nice shirt too btw I met some guys from Guinness the other day and I got loads of free merchandise. Hats, shirts, scarves, coasters and a pass for a free tour of the Guinness Brewery which I plan on using next fall.... no free samples though

rok - we are trying to get over to Ireland also this next year.
maybe we'll end up there at the same time for drinks

Yes a while back mods removed a thread of mine for posting my screen
saver in the thread "what's on your screen" the pic covered is similar

kjutte - I've learned that some people are just miserable people.

WAAF the radio station hosting it brought in a Metallica cover band to play
the grand opening.

When I won she called me out and asked if I could play smoke on the water.
I plugged this site and spoke about the SOTW comp. & then took the stage
and ripped some Metallica leads with them!! The band was pretty decent
