I think when you do audio mix down,you have a option to make mp3...I use Sound Forge for that,it makes very quality mp3 versions.....
Id never work with ableton so I am not shore,but I think it must be such an option....

Are those als files project files (that you open in abletone and have different tracks etc.) or just some kind of audio abletone file?

I'm not really sure, but I got the problem solved, and already recorded a couple of songs in the upload section, check them out if you like ( although they sound kinda boring without the backing tracks, but I don't know how to record them ) Thanks anyway smile.gif

you can record it again as a wav then convert the wav to mp3 thats if you dont have the converter for that file
