Song Structure Q&a, Song structuring and composition Q&A

Aug 17 2015, 03:01 PM	GMC:er Posts: 10 Joined: 4-August 15	Hi GMC mentors, I want to request for some lesson where you really explain song structure in various styles (heavy & progressive metal most wanted). When I composing my tracks I feel that I miss something in overall composition, sometimes it is bridge section, sometimes pre-chorus. All we're listening to Metallica, Dream Theater and other great bands, and they have very various tracks in terms of structure and timing. The best way to learn about structures is analyzing your favorite music. This will give you ideas about structures but also about the theory behind composing and arrangements.
