I agree - without timing and a sense of what the backing chords are, it becomes just a sequence of notes without context. I bet you have a backing track in your head - why don't you try and record that first, even if it is just you playing chords in the background, then we will be able to get a sense of how the solo fits together, and understand the development of your musical ideas.
