I don't know how it's happened, because my guitar's been in tune all the time, but there's the problem.

The G string.

When I tune it to G, and then go to the first fret, it goes sharp. Not alot, but enough to make it false when playing low chords.

Can I fix this or do I have to change the guitarneck?

Depends on a lot of things. I have the same problem on my Schecter, and on that one it is so bad that it is infixable. That was due to big changes in the humidity in my room vs. practice room.

Some adjustment on bridge might help or something like that.
