Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Really good first take! A little more vibrato control and more sustain on the longer notes to make the lead flow. Also could be a little cleaner. You seemed to lack more feeling and you were too stiff while playing but I'm sure its because of first recording. With experience you will be more comfortable. Sound was pretty much there...Good take overall.

Nice job Alex!!
Btw, I noticed that you use only one finger when doing bends and vibrato,
you should do it other way around, use AS MANY fingers as possible,
keep them on the string, they will give you more strength and better control.
Nicely done, veeery good first recording, keep practicing,
we are looking forward to see more of your takes. smile.gif

It's great to see your first take Alex.
As Bogdan said you need to work over your vibrato, but it's usually a matter of experience. Maybe the volume of your guitar should be set higher but it's just my personal opinion. Keep uploading!

Nice job, relax when you're playing. You're paying too much attention for each tone!
Also, keep your back straight, posture is important!
