I've been having a few problems with tension in my picking arm particuarly around the bicep area. I've never noticed this problem before either because it's new or because I've just ignored it in the past. Anyway I've been looking at the way you play and have a few quick questions. Is it best to have the guitar slightly tilted upwards when playing particuarly on the lower strings? And also does the guitar gradually kind of stick out away from the body towards the headstock area so it isn't completely straight across the leg? There must be something I'm doing wrong especially when practicing on the low string even sometimes just holding it in that position can bring on some tension in my arm which is really quite bothering. Thanks for any help
