Regarding Lick Of The Day, yesterdays lesson

hi kris i was just wondering is there a way to see yesterdays lick of the day i started working on it (the large interval one ) then had no access ohmy.gif and now there is a new one sad.gif i understand if this is not possible and it really isn't a big deal (i know in future to save the tabs to the ones i like straight away)
