well, heres my REALLY quick attempt, its very red 
i thought you looked like a blue kinda guy rather than red, but i couldnt be bothered to use the slider

unfortunatly i havnt had time to do an inside at the min.

Heres an attempt by me! Not very dark like what was asked for, but I think its pretty effective. Its not the exact dimensions yet, and I still have to do a back and inside.
EDIT: By the way I dont think hes a vampire its Just the way I draw teeth!

I couldn't participate unfortunately, I have worked so much overtime lately and concentrated on the SI competition.
But seeing the covers here, Juan should be really happy and have a good time picking his cover

Well, first of all thanks to all the participants, I'm so happy you participate in this project but it's time to say what's my favourite...
...And the winner is:
Spreedmaster
yeah, it's a great cover and I like it a lot It's a really different cover in comparison with my original idea and Spreedmaster didn't follow some of my rules but the result is really good so He wins
Thanks to all guys that participate here, all did a great work, but I can have Only one cover
Well, now I'm very busy working a video for GMC, hehe, I cannot say more I think, so next week I try to finish my album !!
