Yes this i better now...You're playing is clearer and better to judge smile.gif Thanx for showing us Your good will smile.gif You could make the backing track a bit louder. Always make a very short soundcheck with the cam before making main take smile.gif It will be another little improvement smile.gif

Now let's take a look at the lesson

1. Blues genre is hard to judge in case of timming because there are many miss-timming tricks purposely. I'm not sure how to rate this particular thing but it sounds nice with the backing track so I won't claim smile.gif

2. I like the way You feel dynamics - it shows You have a preferences to become a realy good musician but Your precision needs big improvement

I'm afraid it's not an easy lesson to copy all the dynamics keeping good precision. I don't hear any particular mistakes or common problems. Something tels me You exactly know and You felt the moments when You missed some notes. Unfortunately it was a lot of those moments in this particular take but don't be sad- it's just the lesson that reaches another level and it's natural this will need some more work. Try to play those very dynamic and speed mixed moments in different tempos. Try to catch the moment that are regular issues. Sometimes analysing and adjusting picking direction gives a lot.

Anyway...Very proud of Your attitude and constant work You put in playing smile.gif

Hi man! You did a very good effort with this lesson that seems to be simply but it's very demanding. You are on the right track with this lesson but there is still room to work on this one. You first have to adjust the different phrases, even more the faster parts (like the first section), concentrating on timing, an on your bending pitch. Once you can play everything perfect, it's time for the main topic of this lesson: Dynamics. Check carefully the original lesson and you will notice how Piotr use dynamics in an amazing and expressive way. This would be the last step to master this lesson.

By the way, as Darius said, you are doing a good job! Keep on working hard. smile.gif

Hey mate - first thing, I will congratulate you on your consistency - it's the right attitude towards progress!

I think Darius and Gabe noticed the important aspects and I will not repeat what they said already, but I will tell you that the more you focus on emulating the phrases you need to learn in this lesson, with full focus on articulation, spacing and dynamics, the better you will become. And listening to a lot of blues will also a make a BIG difference!

Keep bluesing!

This was a great choice of lesson to learn. There's loads of valuable phrases in there.

The thing that leapt out at me as the most noticeable need for improvement was: string bending pitch. It wasn't that bad, you're quite good at it really.. but in some places it was ruining your efforts, like at 1:05 onwards. That section there requires really good control to make it sound in tune.. so if you nail these little things then gradually you're going to become a greater guitarist. Well done !
