I'm now a proud owner of a Line 6 Pod X3 Live!!! I've messed around a wee bit with it (I've only had it for about 15 minutes now), and it seems to be pretty great. I love it!
 Does anyone have any awesome presets that they'd like to share?  And does anyone have any specific advice they'd like to give on playing live, or what kind of settings I should use for a great tone? I also got a pack of the Jim Dunlop Nylon Jazz III Picks... any other suggestions on pick types? EDIT: Added the pick section. Sadly, I never got to try the XT Live. I was going to get the XT Live, but then I saw the X3 and I began to drool.

for live playing i suggest using dual tone with 2 amps and having one on each side of the stage.
this way if you have no monitors and not mic'ed up the entire band can hear you and it sounds awesome offstage. -------------------- Guitars: Epiphone Les Paul Standard w/ Dual EMG 81 Pickups. Hey, thanks! That sounds like a great idea. The dual-amp setup I've used at my dad's already, and it's pretty nice. It's a little awkward though when one amp is 250 watts and the other is 5.

I want to get a POD X3 Live but I dont know if I want that over a Boss GT-8. Both would be cool.
