Call Me Crazy But That New Mg...

I just have to ask since the old MG was, kindly put, a bit so so. What's your opinion on the new one? I've based my judgement soley on sound clips since my local musicstore refuse to carry Marshall Fat tone, "clean" distortion, like the old Valvestate 80xx something with preamp tube. They are indeed WAY BETTER than the old MGs, especially the built-in effects sound way above the price you pay! Also there are so much more tweaking options BUT when you switch off all effects you get a good solid state amp but nothing outstandingly good...
