Extended Range + 8 Finger Tapping... In The 60s?!?

You know how extended range guitars are all the rage these days? And 8 finger tapping is the next logical extension of Van Halen's revolutionary tapping technique?

Well, apparently we're all waaay behind the times. I just found this really cool clip of a guy called Dave Bunker playing his double neck, extended range creation, which was designed for tapping instead of conventional playing. And it's from the 60s!!!
