Jimi Hendrix Family, bad or misunderstood?

GMC reacted very strongly about the guitar hero meet Hendrix thing which personally i didnt think was in good taste.
BUT
We have to wonder what if Jimi's family really needed the money for something like......oh a medical procedure. i just think we cant start getting so angry so soon.

ur thoughts?

ok so i just found out that Jimi's family have always been in a bit of financial trouble and they were the ones who made a lot of the memorials
