This one is really cool: https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/Blues-...-Fingerpicking/

Hola Gabriel!

So, See you!!!

Hi mate! As you've suggested, we continue in English! smile.gif

I think that it's ok if you dedicate 30 minutes every day to music theory. That's enough! and you'll see important improvements if you are disciplined and dedicate diary time to it.

Regarding your technique, you also need to work on legato, bending, vibrato, as well as rhythm and timing, so there is a lot of stuff for you here. Plesae choose 1 or 2 lessons and start working.

And also, feel free to share everything you are working to let me check and give feedback. This thread is for everything you need. smile.gif

hi Gabriel!
I was wondering if you could answer my the following two questions:
1. I m studyig the theoretical part in the document that you told me but i don´t understand when describing the intervals of major and minor pentathonic scales what does it refer with R - 2 - 3 - 5 - 6 - R (major penthatonic scale) and R - m3 - 4 - 5 - m7 - R (minor p. scale). I know where those scales are situated on the fret and i knoewthat we have 12 semitones from f.e. c to c: so what do this numbers mean?

2. when doing a big bend or vibrato how can i avoid the sound of the higher or lower strings?

thank you!

Hi friend!

An interval is the distance between two notes. There are two sides of an interval, the quantity and the quality. The quantity is the number (2, 3, 4), while the quality reffers to the terms major, minor, perfect, diminished or augmented. Those are Pentatonic formulas, so the numbers 2, 3, mean that these notes are the "second", and the "third" related to the root. In this case, as you only have the number (not any symbol like flat, sharp, o "m"), these intervals are considered major: major 2nd, major 3rd. For the pentatonic minor formula, you'll see m3 which means minor 3rd.
