Can Someone Tell Me What This Piece Of Hardware Does In My Ibanez?

I hadn't seen this and was wondering how to get my whammybar to fall down all the time Edit: After trying to use it i found out that screw was already tightened as far is it goes. The allen key adjustment mentioned above is for stopping the floyd rose being loose in the vertical direction. So it would need tightening if the whammy bar lifts up or pushes down a little bit without actually altering the pitch. So it kind of wobbles in its housing. If it's loose in the sense that it spins round to easily, this can be adjusted but it might be different on different guitars. My guitar has a screw adjustment on the whammy bar itself to hold it in place, tightening this makes my whammy bar stay a bit more fixed. You can access the screws when you completely bend down the whammy bar (release tension of the strings). There are actually two screws to tighten the whammy bar.
