Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hey mate smile.gif I think the bends are pretty accurate, but you need to give this take a little more flow, as at this point it sounds a bit rigid. Spend some more time with it and I am sure you will succeed smile.gif

Hi Romain! I'm glad to find this REC take and to see you working hard. As Cosmin said, you are on the right track with your bending technique, you just need to keep on practicing to feel more comfortable with it. Keep on working! smile.gif

Very nice ! You've got a good handle on bending to pitch. They were all well timed and sounded in tune which is exactly what Stephane is aiming to teach in this lesson.

As the guys say, just work on making it flow more.. you'll just get naturally better at that by playing it more and more (and just by doing more string bending in general)

also try to work a bit harder on getting that bend right at 0:40. You want to bend up and use your fingertip to fret the string directly above and then pick that new string and bring the note down. The notes need to bleed into each other to get that same sound, ok ? It's tricky but it's worth it smile.gif
