After a couple of weeks of thinking I came to the conclusion that I wanted to cut my hair.

Imo it's some kind of relief when you've had long hair for a peroid a then have it short.

I cut mine short like that. Do it myself sometimes, with the dog clipper. Although I may have it done professionally (human barber, not a the poodle parlor) next time.
You can grow it back. Looks good though, both ways are fine for you.

Looks good! Long hair also makes your face look longer. Would have been cool if you made it in two steps where step two is bald and the first step is "Hockeyfrilla" (same in norwegian?) Michael Bolton.
EDIT: mine was hockeyfrilla in the 80's... I can't belive it became fashion once more after that

Wow, doesn't it feel weird to not have any hair any more? I remember when I cut my hair (wich wasn't even as long as yours), I felt so incredibly weird for the next days.
However, it looks great, and I agree that short hair so sooo much more comfortable and easy, so it's totally worth it. Short hair ftw!

Looks good mate, I had long hair many years ago, although I was sad to see it go, I wouldnt want it back again, not that I`d be able to grow it back again now as my hair is pretty much like yours, but naturally now

When I had mine cut some years ago, one of my contractor friends started singing a ballad in the likes of Elton John's "Rocketman"...he called it "Mulletman"...it was hilarious. At any rate, feels good to get that hairy monkey off your back, doesn't it?

My uncle have been joking about shaving my head for years. "Hey "longhair". I have a electric razor at home, lets get rid of all that hair". I was like "no way", but now that I actually have decided to get rid of it I thought it would be fun to let him do it, haha. It was alot of fun.
