Hey everyone! My name is Ben. I'm 17 and I've been playing guitar for about a year. I reside in the mountainous state of utah (US). I'm really enthusiastic about this web site because it offers what I've been looking for to take my guitar playing to the next level I'm still trying to figure out how to edit my profile (upload a picture, edit some info) so if you can help me out that would be awesome.

Hey there man ! Welcome to GMC !

Here is how you upload your picture/avatar that stands next to your name in posts..

Go to My Controlos (upper right corner)> on the left there find Edit Avatar Settings > now you need to make a picture on your computer, it needs to be less than 50kb so you should edit it with some programs (maybe paint if nothing else) and make it smaller than 50kb..Don't worry about dimensions , system will automatically put it in the right size after upload..
Ok you have the picture >In a field : Upload a new image from your computer click browse button..Locate the picture on your computer and click open..After that click : update avatar .Thats it !
