Try the solo from Soldier of Fortune, it is very easy, and simple harmonic backing as well.

Yeah,having tabs is sometime like disadvantage,
one option is to burn whole library which sounds like madness tho -------------------- Youtube

Don't start learning easier solos for the sake of it. That's not really helping. You need to follow your instincts and if that solo is driving you nuts, then it's a drive to learn it! You want to practice things that will leave you feeling rewarded and satisfied I just posted a link to some tools that will REALLY help you. Solos are not that hard to learn, just slow it down, loop it A LOT, and learn it piece by piece. Good luck mate!
