I'm on holiday in California, so I'm currently only doing finger strength and independence exercises for an hour or so a day, sometimes more. I can feel my pinky strengthening each day, and I now enjoy feeling some pain in the wrist and fingers ! I hope I'll post some lessons on the REC programme, and I'm mostly working on level 4-5 lessons by various instructors, and believe I have more or less mastered a level 3 lesson...
Level 3 - Guitar Loves Piano - Piotr Kaczor https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/guitar_loves_piano/ Level 4 - 16th Notes Phrasing - David Wallimann https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/16th_notes_phrasing/ Level 4 - Ballad Solo in the Style of Eric Johnson - Jose Lassaga https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/ballad...f_eric_johnson/ Level 4 - Neoclassical Three-Level-Lesson, Beginner - Marcus Lavendell https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/solo-guit...evels-beginner/ Level 4 - Iron Maiden Style Lesson - Gabriel Leopardi https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/solo-guit...-maiden-lesson/ Level 4 - Iron Maiden Style - David Wallimann https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/solo-guit...n-maiden-style/ Level 5 - Heavy Metal Rhythm & Solo Exercise - Hisham Al-Sanea https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/heavy-...-solo-exercise/ Level 5 - Hammer On Dude - Marcus Siepen https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/ls/hammer_on_dude/ Level 5 - Neoclassical Etude #1 - Marcus Lavendell https://www.guitarmasterclass.net/solo-guit...ssical-etude-1/ There you go ! As I said, I hope I'll be able to post most of these when I get back to Norway ! -------------------- My YouTube Channel

That's something you shouldn't enjoy, because there's a huge possibility that you are doing something wrong. Probably your arm is pretty stiff, try to loosen it as much as possbile! Practice loosening your arm, that's something what I was practicing a year ago, or so, and then I found out that my technique was completely wrong and that my wrist was waaay to stiff. If you are playing that way, it won't take you anywhere, it will just hurt you. I may have exaggerated ! It's just on the side of the hand, although I will take your advice into consideration and practise with caution ! Thanks -------------------- My YouTube Channel
