I'm on holiday in California, so I'm currently only doing finger strength and independence exercises for an hour or so a day, sometimes more. I can feel my pinky strengthening each day, and I now enjoy feeling some pain in the wrist and fingers ! biggrin.gif I hope I'll post some lessons on the REC programme, and I'm mostly working on level 4-5 lessons by various instructors, and believe I have more or less mastered a level 3 lesson... smile.gif

I now enjoy feeling some pain in the wrist

That's something you shouldn't enjoy, because there's a huge possibility that you are doing something wrong. Probably your arm is pretty stiff, try to loosen it as much as possbile! Practice loosening your arm, that's something what I was practicing a year ago, or so, and then I found out that my technique was completely wrong and that my wrist was waaay to stiff. If you are playing that way, it won't take you anywhere, it will just hurt you.

Well said, if you're wrist is hurting you should stop playing..
You could, in worst case scenario, injure your arm/wrist sad.gif

Listen to Ivan Alexaiden, he knows what he's talking about smile.gif

I may have exaggerated ! It's just on the side of the hand, although I will take your advice into consideration and practise with caution ! biggrin.gif Thanks biggrin.gif
