Battery Full of Blood
Lost on the earths surface.
Hidden in the mud,
Lies an almighty battery.
Full of wretched blood.
Looking for a poor soul.
A stranger in need of help,
If you desired riches,
You would find immediate wealth.
It holds the blood of a pharoah,
How it got here ?
We may never know.
One thing remains correct,
If it is ever found,
Who knows what evil it may ressurect.
As the choosen one aproached it,
Unknowing it was there,
He kicked it onto the pavement,
As if he didnt care.
But as he kept walking,
He turned and looked behind.
There was something about this battery,
That surely was one of a kind.
He reached down and picked it up,
Damaged and leeking,
He knew why he'd came all this way,
This is what he was seeking.
He lived the rest of his life,
With the battery in his pocket,
Oh the wealth he obtained,
It was impossible to mock it.
Not only was he successful,
But he was always putting others down.
Everything changed,
The day that Battery came around.
It energized him with hate.
As he neglected his family.
Not another person knew,
But It was quite easy to see.
Until the day he realized,
What had to be down,
He got rid of that battery,
Oh the monster he had become.
He threw it into the ocean,
Watched it pass him bye.
Regretting the choices he had made.
You could see it in his eyes.
So the battery floated,
Amongst the waters of this land,
Only to find someone new,
