I've mentioned Jacob Collier before, but I wanted to share this cover he did of Fix You by Coldplay.

It's quite good! He's quite the musician already and only about 26 years old.

On a side note I noticed some of his projects, when he's doing live streams, have more than 700 tracks. These are some of his computer specs (last year though, so might have been upgraded):
