Recording Over Backing Tracks, HORRIBLE PROBLEM! Help Please!

I have a Digitech RP250 that comes with a USB port to connect to the computer and record, so thats how i record. But the problem is, when i connect the USB cable to the computer, all the sounds from the computer are coming from my Amp!!! , so i cant record over the backing track if the backing track is coming from my amp!! its a mess!
