Awesome!

I believe that is a leopard slug, can get up to 8 inchs long and has one of the most amazingly gross mating sessions for a creature.

Too much discovery channel for me:

A duck does seem like the sensible answer to most of life's questions...

I need to get a new job !! Answer - Get a duck.
I'm going to be late for my appointment ! Answer - Get a duck.
What should I buy my girlfriend for her birthday ? Answer - Get a duck.
What should I be working on in my guitar practise routine ? Answer - Get a duck.

You see where this is going wink.gif

I just read they could survive 3 years, including winters, It also eats, cat and dogfood. I think I am keeping it
and giving it a name. If anyone has a name for it...

I think this is a good thing to have in your garden. They say these guys don't really eat live plants, but can kill the extremely invasive Spanish slug (which indeed does eat live plants).

Here is a good guide to get you going

http://petcaretips.net/leopard-slugs.html

Maybe instead of snailajack or slugajack you could name him Jack, since it is easier to say laugh.gif

Cool idea to keep the snail, Marc!
I can only think of three possible names:
Arjen
Duck
Ben
