How about a Django Reinhart inspired “gypsy swing / jazz” lesson? I know Django’s music had a big impact on a lot of famous guitarists, such as Jimi Hendrix (who named his famous group, “The Band of Gypsies”, in honor of Reinhardt).
A style I have always wanted to check out - but haven't yet... So I should definately have alook at it! >:<
Check out the books: Gypsy Picking and Gypsy Fire.

Thanks for the link, those books look awesome. My personal preference would be to start with the one on top...
Btw, isnt John Jorgenson the guy from hellacasters?
/K
Yeah, he is! I spoke with him recently about his gypsy jazz playing, he told me I could use some footage of him from his upcoming DVD for my next Guitars Suck, and he recommended I check out that band. I’m also considering purchasing one of John’s signature model Gitane guitars. They’re the absolute best Django-style 1930’s-40’s Selmer copy you can buy for the price (under $1K).
The Gypsy Fire book was written by an amazing guitarist, and one of my favorite players, Andreas Öberg.

Sounds like a really interesting idea!
Yes, a jazz kinda thing would be really cool!
