As far as Paypal is concerned...I do a LOT of business on ebay, and always use paypal to send and receive payments. I got burned by a seller one time. They never sent the item I paid for. If he's a young kid, a total rocker, or an older gent, I'm pretty sure your safe. Really the only thing he can do is not send the item (which would really blow, cuz someone did that to me once on ebay - conker's bad fur day for xbox haha).
