Hey there,
We are going to learn more chords. There is a one chord you've learnt already.
See you can identify it.Idea behind this drill is to facilitate your sightreading by introducing to sightread as chunks.

It's not importatnt what guitar you use.It maybe electric or acoustic guitar. The importatnt thing is to
Read the notes correctly on notation and then recognize the notes in fret board and play it.

Hint : All the notes are limited to first 3 frets.

Here is the guitar pro file of this drill.
Attached File  Common_Chords__part_2_.gp5 ( 1.82K ) Number of downloads: 282

If you haven't got Guitar pro software here is the drill on Jpg file.

Yes it's another art.
You can use the tabs in video lessons to sightread tab.
But you can never play it with correct timing if you haven't heard it before.
That's the major advantage in reading standard notation.Standard notation contain more details than tab.One of the most important data is it contain note Duration.

However at present tabs are developed to the point that it can also express note duration.
