I don't do warm up that often cause I play all the time indeed,

i don't warm-up actually. I start practicing exercises straight away at low BPM's and that's basically my warm-up.

When i know i have 2+ hours practise session coming up, or some gigging I definately warm up (5 minutes without the guitar - similar to petruccis warming up, and 10 with the guitar minutes).
Before I really didn`t do that, but when my index finger felt like someone stuck a nidle in it about 6 months ago I always warm up. -------------------- - Ivan's Video Chat Lesson Notes HERE
