It's a pretty funny song. Shows a little of what can be done out of the chromatic "stupid" exercises everyone tries out and then skips. Unfortunately recorded without a metronome and at one point the whammy bar was in the way when I got to the higher strings. But, since my recent lack of time for the guitar this is the best I could do so far.

-edit- as you probably can tell, it's "kind of" inspired by the flight of the bumblebee tongue.gif and I ment a student lesson.

-edit2- replaced the bad version with the proper version. And I just realized that my high E string intonation is of a couple of cents, dang! Now I've got to fix that...

The thing about being really stupid, is that there are a zillion ways to be a moron. There are usually several ways to be intelligent, given a situation, but it is a small finite number. But there are always a zillion ways to be to blithering idiot. So finding a new way to have the intellect of an artichoke is nothing to be proud of really, it is easy to do.

So true... To bad im still an artichoke haha

Well, I liked the slow part, but about the tone I think you use too much reverb.
Add some drums, it's a little messy to listen to.

Anyway, I mean no offense what so ever, I liked the take!

reverb? darn, I must've uploaded the ploppy version... I'll fix it asap

-edit- NOO!!! I deleted the good version, without reverb that was a lot cleaner and MUCH cooler and kept the first take.... I hate when that happens...

hmm, I found the wave file of the good take, I'll get it up asap.

proper version...Attached File  Chromatic_rock_proper_AJ.mp3 ( 796.53K ) Number of downloads: 178
