I wanted to make a thread based on Allan Holdsworth because I believe he is one of the greatest guitarists. Most people have not heard of his so here he is. Feel free to post other things on him.

Protocosmos is cool to play on guitar as well and for Holdsworth pretty manageable with practice. I don't think there are any really difficult stretches and not a lot of string skipping though there are a few sections of 32nds that are a pain.
