Online Piano Lessons?

Ok, i got a keyboard for christmas and i was checking out GMC for piano lessons and i couldn't find a single one. I quickly checked google and couldn't find any that were 100% promising. Anyone know any good online piano/keyboard lessons? (preferable free haha)

What Song Would You Play For A Music Assessment Or Audition?

What song would you pick if you were being assessed? What did you guys play when you auditioned for a university? I am sure there are MANY people out there that need to do something like this and are totally clueless of what songs they could play. I am more or less one of them, though i do not have anything coming up soon. Whats a song with a great variety of skills? Please if you can list songs or licks for all levels of players from beginner to advanced, to help people get full marks in this situation.

Heyy From New Zealand!

Hey guys, well im Ben, some of my friends call me Benis (self explanatory nick name, haha) and im from NZ (Auckland to be exact). Hehe, anyone know where New Zealand is? or even live here themselves? I registered on this site a few days ago however i have not made any posts on the forum yet, been too busy checking out the great lessons

I have been playing for 2 to 3 years now and i have learnt so much thanks to my current and previous guitar teachers teachers and the internet. I have a basic theory knowledge, i can see how and why most lessons are written. I can even play some of them!

The way i learned about this site was from the great videos kris put up on www.ultimate-guitar.com (THANKS KRIS!!)

Well, at the moment i pretty much only listen to all the sub genres of metal (Not complaining!! though hopefully this site will help me like other genres just as much)

Currently im in a sort of rock styled band with 3 other members at around the same level as me. We rock hehehe.

My goal at the moment is to play really really fast!
Oh! and all the feely stuff too.
I hope to learn MANY different techniques on this site, so then i can spice up the songs that i write. YUM, SPICE.

I do not have anything to record with so i unfortunately not participate in collaborations or anything
Though i predict i will be posting on the form quite reguraly till you are all sick of me!!

I also hope this thread does not start any crazy "Tell all the New Zealand jokes you know" hahaha.
