If money were no object, what would be the one piece of gear you just have to have? This includes amps, guitars, effects, etc.

Oh, so many things...

I think I am going to go with one of these very special guitars. I have no idea what these cost but when I last met the guy who builds them he talked about car prices... I have played number 249 and it was the first time I realized how big difference the guitar could make in your tone, I played this one unplugged and I could still hear an amazing difference from my Les Paul.

He lives quite near where me (and Prantare) lives and he does all service on my guitars.

Complete pro tools rig equipped studio with isolation booths, expensive mics and pre amps and a massive selection of amps and cabs to use!

Guitar wise and tone wise I'm very happy with what I use now,but having a uber epensive studio would be fun:)

Probably a Parker nitefly, maybe with stan hineslys. an Ibanez Satch model, a Fender Strat like Marcus Lavendells or Yngwies, and 3 Gibson les paul '58. £ so i could have EMGs, Dimarzios and gibsons. I'd also have a Mesa Boogie Dual Rectifier, a Marshal JCM 800, and a Fender Twin Reverb.

A little shack in our backyard, filled with equipment in a studio form tongue.gif I just walk in and close the door, wich (ofcourse tongue.gif ) is sound proof. Then I can choose between eight guitars en plug into one of my twelve amps tongue.gif That must be fun, you can just keep reviewing them for yourself biggrin.gif "this one has a bit more output...Nah, I like this reverb better" smile.gif

I will just take everything what's already been posted before me smile.gif

But to have a room setup as a studio would be really awesome.

Well, I'm looking into building all of my gear actually. Not for a few years probably, when I really become the player I want to be, but when that happens, I'll build my dream guitar, dream amp, and any pedals I might want.

But, in the spirit of the thread, I'd like a goldtop p-90 les paul (with a bigsby and locking tuners), a mesa lonestar, electro harmonix POG, and then would probably do all of my effects with something like a TC electronic nova system.
