Legato And Picking - Intermediate, Lesson By Muris Varajic |
|
Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.
The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Hi mate, I agree with Ben about this one. You can play the different sections really well and without any important timing issues. I feel that your right hand could be more relaxed when you play alternate picking, and that will make your playing sound even smoother but it's just a matter of practice and time, so keep the good job!

Very good performance. This is almost a perfect take. Try to get it really tight when picking and clean when doing legato runs. For example in the first lick, the legato part crates just a bit of noise. You have very good technique, keep practicing.
