I use Ernie Ball 009 thru 042 on my guitars with a standard Eb tuning, and 009 thru 046 on my drop D tunings.

I have used EB's for a long time. I like the consistency of quality and thats really why I stuck with them.

Oh yeah..... the price is good too smile.gif

D'addario 0.11, it is cheap, sounds better imo, but corrodes pretty fast, thats why I wipe over and under of them quite often with a microfiber cloth, and always store my guitar on its hard case when I am not playing it. This way, string stays without corrosion two times longer then normal...

Have you tried fastfret mate?

Makes regular nickel plated strings last twice as long, and stay more fresh in sound.

Ernie Ball usually, have to do some more experimenting with other brands in the future though.

Ernie Ball but Id like to try Elixir.

I use Elixir, but I´d like to try Ernie Ball tongue.gif

I do like Elixir a lot (specially tone and durability). I just think they are a little bit hard to bend...

Dean Markley all the way, They have the best tone I think, And they don't break on me like most other string brands do.

D'Addario 11's and 12's for my Electrics!
I did use Dean Markley Stainless Steel strings for a while... lovely bright Tone but very brittle so I used to get a lot of breakage!

I use Martin 10's or 11's on my Acoustic instruments!!
