First off.. i have to say that I absolutely love this song and My Dying Bride!
..and i thought that, so far, you have a good cover going on. The guitars sound nice and tight enough. One thing i didnt like though was the bass. It's very off time! The drums sound a bit flat, but they work. Maybe add some reverb and experiment with some compressors on them.
