GMC Forum _ Introduce Yourself ! _ Hello?

Hello from London... I joined GMC yesterday because I was browsing for Iron Maiden inspired guitar lessons and came across one from the site which sounded really cool. I was heavily into Maiden in the early eighties, and now, at age 36, I've rediscovered them through their latest album which is just awesome. Have been playing the guitar for years - having pretty much taught myself - picking up loads of bad habits along the way, and only recently have I decided to go back to the drawing board and relearn the right way. I bought myself a new American Strat after Christmas and am trying to practice as much as possible in my 2 bedroom flat with a 3 year old daughter and pregnant wife to work around! Long may the fun continue...

I have the same problem with my one year old, I have to wait till she`s gone to bed before I can really get stuck in to practice!

Hey Man! Welcome to GMC! I have done two lessons in the style of Maiden and pay attention because I'm working in more of that style of metal lessons.
