i think it will be intersting . to have a point of view of somebody who is younger then the avreage teacher.
and maybe you can teach it more simple then alot of people dosen't mean you will teach easy material -------------------- My gear:

I would show your dad some examples from the other instructers on here, that way he will probably (hopefully) understand what you are tying to do.
He is only thinking of your safety, once he realises you are not wanting to show yourself (so much as your guitar) or to give out any personal information, he may come round to your way of thinking. Also, enrol your dad as your film director - get him to film your lesson - dont tell him you want to upload it, get him involved in making something with you, so he can see how safe it is - then I am sure he will be all for you doing it. -------------------- its not easy

i don't want you posting videos of yourself on the internet I can understand ones parents (being one myself) could think so, I'd oppose to that myself if I wasn't in full control of it. Posting a video and get paid... that does in fact sound rather suspicious. And us parents are always thinking the worst. I suggest you show you dad this site, suggest to him you record a video only showing the guitar and your hands, no head shots keeping it completely anonymous. Let him view the video and get an OK from him to post it here. Good luck! -------------------- My bands homepage

well can i comment??
rythem my friend is number one in music!! first of all. i didn't get to see the picture but i heard the sound. phrasing is nice tough not with allot intersting direction. unforutnly you have the symptome of what allot of metal players have . making it fast and complicated dosen't make it intersting . try to get a direction because it is really cool what your playing but it could look also like showing off. i think you should work on cleaning the sound try to play it slow and then after it is clean push the speed up now for the compliments. i think you have nice technique , very impresive for your age . i think you combined nice generes in your "song" . by the way i wanted to tell you that it seems like your father dosen't really know much about the internet . so how he is going to find out if you published it??? another thing in my first lesson i took it really hard when kris told me to work out and the other people critsized me and i felt like "yeah let's see you guys to a lesson" but it made me understand that yeah i am not ready yet to be on the site but i will keep publishing and slowly slowly i will achive it. You maybe don't think i am much guitar player to give you tips . but i think i am much person to tell you that i am here only because i got up every time and tryied again after everytime kris told me it is not good enough . just ask him!! Good luck my friend and i think we will hear more from you Your friend Rockwouldbe -------------------- My gear:
