Here is where the magic happens: the REC board turns bedroom guitarists into real pros. Remember - it doesn't matter if you fail or pass, as long as you keep posting REC takes you will progress.

The entries will be graded by a number of instructors. After grading, members will be accredited with the appropriate points if they pass, and adjustments will be made to their REC level.
Passing grade is 6 or higher.

Original lesson: Alternate Picking Workout #2 by Darius Wave

I've been working on a bunch of technique lessons for Gabe's Army. I think this one is ready, thanks for the feedback!

Excellent work, my friend. Very consistent timing and picking strokes.

There's only one noticeable dodgy bit, which is at 0:34.. this is just a case of momentarily losing hand coordination.

Apart from that, I don't see anything that isn't great - well done !

Hi soldier! Great to find this take here.

I can note that you are working really hard! This lesson is sounding very good! There are some little timing issues here and there but nothing really important, the overall is very well. Your picking is consistent as well as your left hand work.

Let's continue working at Gab's Army!

Keep on the great job.

Ahoy mate!

Nothing more to add here, aside what Gabi and Ben also said: congrats and keep up with the good work!

Great take man! Nice to see You working on my lesson smile.gif

I have almost nothing to add to what You've seen guys wrote.

Unfortunately there is one "but". Take a careful look at final part. It's purpose was to practice picking starting from the upstroke while You kept playing in with regular picking direction. That's pretty much all wink.gif
