Ah ok, we've had cases of "who are you to judge me I never asked for your opinion" so I was just being carful wink.gif

For only 8 months of playing it's unbelivable ohmy.gif

I think you've got the speed in your hands and fingers and you pretty much nailed the solo. That's the part I have biggest problems with myself but I'm not so quick in my fingers mellow.gif But you don't need to spend more time on the solo, it's just great!
The rhythm was sometimes quite off temp and some sour notes so that's the part I'd suggest needs a bit more work. Especially he timing to get it real tight throughout the song.

And work a little on the video quality of course where the sound was a bit low laugh.gif

Thanks for sharing with us!

well man, congrats, great first vid wink.gif
as you said, 8 months is a short time, but you really have done a great progress.... think you are playing a full song, with riffes, rhythms, solos and even tremolo bar wink.gif
so, now and on, you have to focus on clean everything you play, for example, pay attention on your palm muting, to block unwanted noises.

congrats! I wait the next vid wink.gif

Nice job man, however I would like to point you in some directions. smile.gif

Firstly, I don't think making a 4min long recording is proper for someone that is new.
If you really want to do that, you should do it in sections in Sonar or something.
It is really hard to keep fluid for 4 minutes, and small takes will make perfection easier, without having to redo everything.

So, anyway, the chords were out of tune, and you had some timing issues, but this will come better with experience.
You did a good job with the solo, but the chorus was way off tongue.gif

Also you should start growing a stronger vibrato. Many wait with this, which is a bad idea, as it takes a long time to get good at it.

All around, you did a great job, you would have eaten me as an 8monther.
Hope you take my guidance as constructive and not offense, because it wasn't ment that way.

Good luck man! smile.gif

unfortunately the video doesn't work for me, I can only hear the sound, but the video doesn't play. But from what I hear I have to agree with the others, impressive for only 8 months of playing. Back when I was playing for only 8 months I didn't even dare to try something from Jake E Lee wink.gif

Great progress in just 8 months mate, keep up the good work, I wish I played like that after only 8 months smile.gif
