I think it sounds like a good idea! Maybe you could start a thread where you give some example softwares - and I'll sticky it and we'll see what happens.

It has hundreds of styles that changes the feel of the song with a mouse click(country to 60s rock), and will transpose the key if you want. Extremely powerful if you really want to get into it, I only have touched on the basics, but I love it to noodle with the guitar.
