Hi.
I think the 3 angles you put in the pictures are just fine. I would only make the right hand one even more angled, so that we can get details such as palm muting and pinch harmonics. Also, i suggest not to do more than 3. When the lesson has excessive angles, I just skip them. I believe many people do the same. So it would be extra but inneficient effort. How about an angle from your right shoulder? So the camera is placed over your shoulder looking down on the guitar just like we all see our own guitars.
