Cool guidelines, definitely will boost up lesson producing. Also I think it is fair and equal for all to do the same amount of work!

I also think it is maybe too much 3 video lessons per month, I would say one per month is cool too

I also think that 3 video lessons every 2 months is quite a lot of work. Maybe , 1 video lesson every 2 months is enough just to keep the forum active and not pushing anyone on producing low quality lessons just to keep the badge.
I tend to agree with Tjchep. Most of the work we do for GMC community is simply because we love it  But when we do something which is not for money, that comes on our free time, which can be quite scarce...
