Okay guys, so I'm probably gonna be flamed for this one but I'll try anyway. dry.gif

I personally think that GMC has enough guitar instructors for now. We've got shredders, classical players, metalheads, rockers, country mans, jazz maniacs, and whatnot. We also have got Muris, who is the man. wub.gif I think we need more bass/drums/singing instructors now. Especially bass IMO, since that's so closely related to the guitar.

What do you guys think?

i voted for no more, as i can see what you mean, we do only have 1 bass instructor. but i see nothing wrong with more guitar instructors. it is guitarmasterclass after all.

Well instructors cost Kris money. And less money = less bass instructors.

i voted no although my opinion sways.. as always instructors cost money and we already have many.. perhaps paying them more to increase the volume of lessions.. i never mind seeing new instructors but what i like more is seeing new lessions from old instructors smile.gif

Given the current poll results, I would say get some more guitarists, but also get more bass/drum/singing instructors.

Just one thing - we do have singing lessons in store but we have technical publishing problems... stay tuned for more Nemanja and Luciana soon!

My 2 cents...

Unfortunately we're not so lucky to have all our instructors stay with us at GMC, many are here for permanent/semi-permanent stays which is great- but others only visit and maybe put out a couple of lessons in their stay- and i've seen a fair share of instructors come and go whilst at GMC.

I think its important to keep the instructor-count topped up as we don't know which instructors (for whatever reason) will have to leave us...and the last thing we want to see is GMC stopping more instructors joining then to find that slowly they all leave..(God forbid..)

I myself wouldnt want to see GMC turn into a 20,000 instructor strong website that is as impersonal as it is gigantic; but even more than that id hate to see GMC turn into a site with 0 instructors and 0 members.

I thought this was a guitar site? tongue.gif more drum and singing-intructors? Shure, it's nice to have something other than guitarist, but I don't think there should be more of the other stuff instead of guitar-instructors.. I mean, we all come here mainly to learn guitar..
