Signing Into Video Lessons

Paypal subscriptions don't work here in the USA when there is a free 0.00 trial before the subscription - at least that's what's happening now w/ Paypal and subscriptions. Can log in here but not at lessons......... Getting closer to the gold!!!!!!!! Figured it out!!!!!!!! My USERID is my email - and that must be all lowercase. lowercase!!! When I signed up, I entered my email address with my name spelled beginning w/ a Capital Letter at the start, but the process here uses only all lowercase email. When signing up there is a note about case sensitive settings. What I entered and what works however are different animals. The signup note should read make sure you enter your email userid lowercase when signing up/in!!!! Hope this helps others......... I have to spend a lot of time on mail support instead of playing guitar... One would think that fixing this would be an easy task (especially when considering all the nice features we got coming up) - but due to different security reasons etc. we are pretty stuck with what we have got... Either way, once you get in - it's just a matter of writing your data down and start rocking! Kris PS To my knowledge the password prompt does tell you to be careful with capitalisations...?
